@manton that would be awesome, i’m currently building something outside to do a variety of things with “feeds” in general so i’ve got that level of customizing but it was baked in i’d rather do something else, it’s probably gonna be a “side project” ;)
@manton do you think you’ll ever do the same thing for the cross-posting features? for instance i’d love to change the way my bsky or mastodon share would look like – i get a bunch of people saying that they wish they had a link back for instance to the post instead of just text.

@manton quick question, what’s the trigger that creates the S and M versions of the image in the uploader? i just noticed if i replace an image manually with my .webp image that those vanish? are they only built at the time of the build or something?
@manton no worries as long as i know, i was doing some speed/loading/cloudflare stuff and i was like huh, so i know now, kinda defeats doing things mobile for me on the mobile app knowing that flow so maybe i’ll just mash up a mobile tool that uses the micro.blog api for speedy .webp/webm uploadings
@manton just did a test, on micro.blog app (mac) when i attach a compressed .webp file it converts it to .jpg when it’s uploaded - i just did a test as a draft post and it came up as a jpg so does it do a transformation or touch the image i attach?
