man I’m glad I refactored all the things before they took it away, I’m sure the team is on mission critical 24/7 crisis management right now, I could guess as to the why but I’d rather just enjoy the time with my wife and the dog 🐕 and see how things play out eh?

seriously if you have a vps/server i recommend sticking claude code cli on there and let it help you manage it, it’s freaking great, you can even get it to check in, report back, connect it to hermes agent and just basically have it run the show pretty much, my raspberry pi 400 is solid right now

if you are updating your homebrew today you might have a bunch of casks that are “untrusted” don’t panic, it’s just some new defenses for supply chain attacks and personally i welcome them! i’m currently building an assessment lab for all the things i use so i can work out WHO TO TRUST, classic!

fable 5 is fantastic but it’s got me concerned how we are on this path that we need to have the latest iteration to be able to defend ourselves from other more powerful models or fix exploits on code that was designed on the previous model. pay to play I guess, life on subscription.

days into weeks, weeks into months, months into years. the seasons change fast, our bodies get a little older with the passing of time. people change, expectations move past their original goals, we find ways to adapt, we move with the times, until time moves us. trying to balance time today.

this is my new normal i think, 4:30 / 5am – at least for a little while, especially while puppy is training and getting used to everything. gotta get that fable good good while it’s available as part of the plan. refactor. all. the. things! :)

using fable 5 feels different, i was up at 5am this morning running multiple agents in refactoring mode, i’m burning through tokens. progress still feels like progress thou. a change is better than a rest my union man granddad used to say to me, still miss his from scratch batter potatoe fritters.

i think i’m always gonna be this guy. i seem to have the worse time management skills every which is weird because i can wield technology pretty good, i just wish i could flow with this stuff. maybe my mind is fubar. maybe work on that first eh?
